Is SENTINEL included?+
No. SENTINEL is a separate on-premise product and is coming soon. GRIP is live today; talk to the founder about SENTINEL.
How does payment work?+
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You approve and pay securely through PayPal — using a card, PayPal balance, or other international methods. (Customers in India can alternatively pay by UPI or card through Razorpay.) Your payment details are never entered on Truvad, and the final total is shown before you pay.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing in your workspace. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
